  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with users, vendors, development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation.
  • Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation.
  • Provide production support to business units.
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or finance sector. Less year experience will be considered for Business Technology Manager.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge in investment or debit card products would be an advantage.
