Digital Asset Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Relationship Manager to join our team at BC Group. As a key member of our institutional sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating prospects, leading to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition and Revenue Generation:
  • Create and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new institutional customers, with a focus on OTC trading.
  • Manage the entire customer acquisition process, including pipeline management, scoping, pitching, and onboarding.
  • Lead business meetings and successfully close sales to institutional investors, consistently meeting customer acquisition and desk revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, ensuring ongoing account management and key account planning.
  • Identify opportunities for mutually beneficial interactions and leverage these relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:
  • Work closely with other functions, including Onboarding, Compliance, and Marketing, to improve the acquisition and onboarding of new institutional customers.
  • Implement strategies to encourage appropriate revenue generation from OSL institutional clients, including mechanisms for cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above with a background in front office sales/relationship management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of digital sales experience in leading firms.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully growing and managing a customer franchise.
  • Strong existing relationships with institutional investors and intermediaries, preferably with allocations into digital assets.
  • Understanding of the requirements to operate within a regulated institution.
  • Experience in Digital Asset markets.
  • Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious, result-oriented, with a strong initiative and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Ability to align with the values of teamwork, integrity, profitability, and innovation.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience), depending on your qualifications and performance.
