About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports, while contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of full set of accounts, including journal entries and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, account reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Coordinate periodic and year-end stock counts.
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare audit materials.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting or auditing field.
  • Prior knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel (e.g., Pivot table, V-lookup).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
