Head of Life Insurance Policy Management

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee the Policy Administration (PA) division to ensure exceptional service quality and meet established service level agreements (SLA).

·Guarantee that PA operational procedures comply with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

·Develop and uphold clear performance indicators and objectives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

·Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team, providing mentorship and training as necessary.

·Identify opportunities for streamlining and automation within current operational processes. Lead digital transformation and process enhancement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.

·Cultivate a culture of service excellence, encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, and promote a collaborative, high-performance environment.

·Assist in the implementation of new products.

·Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

·Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

·Bachelor's degree or higher.

·8 to 15 years of experience in the Life Insurance sector or a related field.

·Proven expertise in Policy Administration for Life and Individual Health Insurance.

·Demonstrated experience in team leadership and the ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

·Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time management skills under tight deadlines.

·Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

·High degree of professionalism.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

·Collaborative team player, capable of working closely with various stakeholders.

·Self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn.
