Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across performance marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
  • Design and implement content strategies for social media platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, recently in F&B industry, with a background of agency experience.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong experience in handling performance marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about F&B industry, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
