Job Description:


The successful candidate will review and approve large corporate credit applications, maintain a healthy and high credit portfolio for the bank, and perform grading applications, self-assessment, monitoring, asset disposal, and stay on top of high alert to creditworthiness of clients.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Review, assess, and provide sound recommendations for Structured Finance / Syndication / Real Estate Finance applications
  • Perform credit risk analysis to existing customers, as well as industry or market research and analysis to ensure the bank's asset portfolio is in good shape
  • Highlight potential credit risks of customers and provide comments and recommendations to management
  • Prepare credit monitoring reports such as early warning signs, covenants, and fund usage


Requirements:



  • University graduate in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related disciplines
  • 7-8 years' solid credit experience in large corporate banking
  • Sound knowledge in various corporate lending products, including Non-Recourse Lending, Structured, and Syndication Finance
  • Independent, attentive to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
