Evironmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Strategy:

The Assistant Sustainability Manager will play a key role in supporting our ESG Strategy & Reporting Section.

Main Objectives:

  • To support materiality assessments and prepare annual ESG Reports.
  • To enhance Group oversight of sustainability efforts.
  • To collaborate with ESG consultants on report-related exercises.
  • To develop presentations, minutes, and other materials for ESG governance meetings.
  • To strengthen internal and external ESG communication.
  • To manage the Sustainability Champions programme.
  • To analyse ESG gaps through stakeholder engagement, reporting, and disclosure exercises.
  • To monitor emerging regulation and initiatives in the sustainability field.
  • To maintain relationships with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in sustainability, environmental management, business management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' working experience in a sizable organisation.
  • Solid experience in sustainability reporting and familiarity with sustainability reporting standards and ESG ratings.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organised, adaptive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight schedules.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for driving corporate sustainability.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
