Role Overview
This fixed term 24 month Trainee contract offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ESG and sustainable investing, working closely with our experienced professionals. You will support the development of innovative financing and investment solutions for sustainable business growth in the Asian market.
Your Responsibilities
- You will conduct research and analysis on ESG market activities, products, client surveys, and regulation developments.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials to support business activities around ESG.
- Contribute to generating presentation decks.
- Develop and maintain regular internal reports, dashboards, and communications.
- Support project coordination and contribute to capacity building and knowledge sharing.
- Support other tasks related to ESG as required.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a competitive university/college, preferably in STEM fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with high value placed on data analytics skills.
- High standard of written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with prior experience in finance services a plus.
- ESG and climate knowledge preferred.
