Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify institutional clients within APAC through proactive outreach methods – email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and more – to spark interest and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Qualify Prospects: Conduct insightful discovery conversations to understand client needs, evaluate their fit for our staking solutions, and assess readiness for further engagement.
- Support Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to account executives.
- Track and Report: Maintain meticulous records of all activities in our CRM, providing regular updates on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
- A deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and institutional investment trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-suite executives and institutional clients.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but a willingness to learn and master new systems is essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and prior experience in driving DeFi TVL growth are a plus.
