Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Industrial Automation to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage industrial automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Techical Document Preparation: Prepare technical documents for project submission, including design specifications, system integration plans, and testing procedures.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality project deliverables, adhering to Schneider Electric's quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation project management, preferably with PLC, SCADA, and power control systems.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, knowledge of programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, function block), and familiarity with Schneider Electric products.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications desirable.
