Overview

We're seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester at IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As a key member of the QA Team, the Automation Tester will be key in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop auto test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile and web-based platforms.
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify any defects or issues, providing solutions to improve the overall quality of the customer-facing products.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential areas of improvement.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure efficient testing and high-quality results.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality of code, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously improve and maintain the automation test suite to keep up with new features and changes.
  • Report and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in QA automation testing and writing auto scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium and Appium.
  • Experience with API testing and tools, such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, specifically SCRUM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English.
