We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving service-related requests, and supporting service escalations.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
* Update product catalogues, onboard customers into SNOW, and collaborate with the transition team
* Execute and coordinate order management processes from forecasting to invoicing
* Manage deployment of Lenovo devices and 3rd party products between partners and customers
* Coordinate collection of unused machines from customer premises
* Monitor and manage inventory levels
* Perform device and accessory asset management
* Set up tracking for SLA monitoring and other necessary metrics
* Prepare monthly billing files for invoicing
* Maintain and provide data for internal and external reports
* Build solid working relationships with partners to ensure smooth deployments
* Actively participate in UAT enhancement testing and provide recommendations
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Lenovo's products and services
* Coordinate with vendors or other departments to resolve customer incidents

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years' service coordination experience, ideally in IT services environment
* Proven customer service experience, customer-oriented
* Ability to interact with clients and possess strong communication skills
* Organized and analytical, with ability to provide accurate information
* Prior project management experience and strong skills in project administration
* Ability to work under minimum supervision and as a team player
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices, as well as ticketing tools
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Mix of services to technical - 80:20
* Attitude towards learning and implementing newer things
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* ITIL certification and PRINCE2/PMP is preferable
* English fluency, both written and spoken
