We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI UX Manager to join our Digital Banking Team at Hang Seng Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the UI UX discipline and driving the design of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive UI UX design for our digital products and services, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and IT teams to uncover customer and business needs, and translate them into engaging digital experiences.
  • Support product definition and frame problems by working with partners to plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
  • Define future opportunities to innovate and elevate our products and services.
  • Influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap from a customer perspective, inspiring new ideas and putting us at the forefront of experience design.
  • Manage through shifting priorities, providing clear direction and input on product prioritization in an agile environment.
  • Drive and guide team members in all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to conceptualization and execution.
  • Define best practices and processes, embedding them into the team to allow them to function efficiently and effectively.
  • Navigate conflict resolution within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Present deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating the thought process and strategies behind design decisions.
  • Nurture a positive, creative, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration between teams.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in UI UX design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience conceptualizing and creating designs for large-scale digital platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience managing designers.
  • A portfolio demonstrating results, processes, best-in-class user experience, and products.
  • Strong executive presence, a keen sense of ownership, and a passion for delivering results.
  • Collaborative leadership and work style, with the ability to effectively interact with and earn the trust of peers and senior management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a business mindset, and the ability to manage relationships and convey solutions to senior business stakeholders.
  • Expert understanding of UI/UX design methodologies, design principles, trends, and industry best practices in web/application development.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking beyond business requests, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong conceptual visual perception, with a meticulous eye for detail and design aesthetic.
  • Familiarity with working and contributing to an established design system.
  • Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience in project management and third-party vendor management.
