Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily support and operation of our system infrastructure, including network, server, security, and data communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain high-performance IT systems that meet business needs.
  2. Participate in disaster recovery and capacity planning initiatives.
  3. Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal teams.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting Windows desktops and servers, AD, VMware, SAN Storage, Cisco Router and Switch, DNS, BGP, Firewall, Load Balancer, Wi-Fi network, etc.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Linux/Unix server administration and scripting languages.
  5. Professional certifications in relevant areas are an asset.
