We're seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Job Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment and products at client sites.
  • Install, maintain, repair, and test our medical equipment portfolio.
  • Perform regular scheduled maintenance (preventative and reactive).
  • Guarantee that installed systems operate at full capacity and inform users about operational and emergency procedures.
  • Deliver technical solutions promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of spare parts within our service ERP system.
  • E nsure all serviced products adhere to company safety and integrity standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical/service/engineering roles, preferably in machinery/equipment/devices.
  • Advantageous: experience in medical, healthcare, or service sectors.
  • Plus points: prior experience in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Training on company products will be provided.
