Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project plans that meet business requirements.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand initiative challenges and assess efforts against business value.
  3. Lead efforts in executing best practices within projects and gather relevant information sharing with the delivery team.
  4. Define relevant metrics and continuously measure project portfolio and best practices.
  5. Deploy and hire delivery resources to meet ongoing demand.
  6. Manage and motivate team members, including career development, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Expertise in data analytics, big data, data visualization, ETL, data warehousing, and delivery of projects and solutions.
  3. Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing efforts.
  4. Fluent in English & Cantonese.
