This role involves planning, formulating, and implementing quality management strategies and initiatives aligned with business growth strategy and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will lead and manage quality projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, collect data, analyze quality problems, conduct data analysis, drive problem-solving processes, and present proposals for solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting General Manager – Quality Management with dotted line reporting to VP – Business Operations
  • Leading assigned quality projects and collaborating with quality teams, cross-functional teams, and customers
  • Managing project scope, identifying resources, developing project timelines, and detailed project tasks
  • Identifying areas of opportunities and gaps to drive technical audit, inline/final inspection, lab testing process excellence across different categories and countries
  • Aligning and tracking project deliverables, reporting on progress, and preparing presentations for internal and customer stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other functional teams to plan quality workshops/trainings

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, along with 13th month salary plus discretionary bonus, health, dental, life, and personal accident insurances, paid days off, festival early leave, volunteer leave, sample sales, and staff discount offers.
