About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited as an Infrastructure Specialist. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Infrastructure Management
  • Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including Windows Active Directory, Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Email Gateway, and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure environment.
Project Management
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical infrastructure solutions for IT and business projects.
Technical Support
  • Provide hands-on technical support for our IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Manage audit and regulation requests, providing and reviewing evidence as required.
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Requirements

  1. Education
  • Degree holder in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Experience
  • At least 5 years' solid working experience in systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting, and 2 years in enterprise systems architecture with standardization.
  • Experience with mobile solutions (AirWatch) is an advantage.
Certifications
  • Relevant Information Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM) and PMP are an advantage.
Personal Qualities
  • Proactive, a good team player, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
