About the Job- We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate pre-contract cost estimates, reviewing contract requirements, evaluating tender returns, and creating comprehensive subcontract tender reports.
Requirements- A Degree or Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent.
- Experience in curtain wall and aluminium works is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
