For our HONG KONG-based agency, we are recruiting a:

Facade Designer (Architect / Engineer) KOREAN Speaker (Position in HONG KONG)

Responsibilities

  • Over 5 years of working experience;
  • Have basic English and Chinese capacity;
  • Understand all kinds of curtain wall system design, specifications and material technical requirements;
  • Understand national and local industry norms and requirements;
  • Strong learning ability, good at digging and researching new materials and new construction modes;
  • Proficient in drawing 2D drawings of facade, and prepare reports, reviews and other documents;
  • Understand domestic factories and production process;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino (GH), Revit, InDesign and other common software;
  • Clear logic, methodical and design thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Architecture (equivalent) or Engineering or higher.
  • A minimum of 3 years' working experience.
  • Interested in Facade design.
  • Strong graphic and presentation skills, as well as communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite.
  • Willing to work in Hong Kong.
  • MUST be able to work in both English and Korean languages, both written and spoken.
