Job Title:

Senior Technology Risk Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Risk Management Professional to join our Information Technology Department as a Senior Technology Risk Manager. This is a full-time position that requires at least 6 years of banking or IT professional experience, with 1 year of experience in a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and report existing and potential risks in IT operations to supervisor and related parties in a timely manner, formulate rectification plans, and follow up on implementation.
  • Implement effective detection and control measures to strengthen production operation safety and effectiveness within the IT Department.
  • Maintain communication and cooperation with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to information security, system audit, production safety, and compliance.
  • Perform incident investigations, analyze root causes, and determine necessary rectifications.
  • Coordinate regulatory examinations and internal/external audits, monitoring the status of rectifications.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for the IT department.
  • Ensure compliance checking of departments' policies and procedures, monitoring review statuses.
  • Carry out training to promote awareness related to production safety.
Requirements:
  • University Degree or above.
  • At least 6 years of banking or IT professional experience, with 1 year of experience in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge in production control and monitoring, able to make professional opinions on deliverables' quality and completeness.
  • Excellent business and general managerial skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry practices in Hong Kong, relevant knowledge in Mainland China and Southeast Asia an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in incident management and familiarity with IT internal control methodology.
  • Deep understanding of IT technology, including networking operating systems, programming languages, development, and testing methodology.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, and PMP preferred.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and analysis skills.
Estimated Salary Range:

HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
