Service Unit

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage health education and promotion initiatives, along with volunteer services, particularly focusing on nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being within educational and community environments.
  • Assess the service requirements of educational institutions and community groups.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to design and execute services effectively.
  • Assist in drafting funding proposals to secure necessary resources.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Entry Requirements

Study Fields:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work from a recognized university.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Proven experience in planning, leading, and evaluating programs.
- Proficient written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in educational and community settings is preferred.
- A keen interest in youth culture and wellness is advantageous.

Certificate, License and Registration:

- Must be registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance.

- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Mature, adaptable, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth-oriented mindset.
- A supportive team player.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to perform night or shift duties when necessary.
