We seek a professional with strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure to join our Private Banking Department as Senior Relationship Manager.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of private banking customers;
  • Providing investment advice and delivering premium service to customers; and executing their orders;
  • Performing investment portfolios analysis, monitoring performance, and making necessary recommendations on portfolio re-allocation;
  • Managing credit quality and monitoring exposure of customers' loan portfolios; and
  • Working with internal departments to solicit business referrals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA;
  • Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations;
  • Minimum 6 years' banking experience with good knowledge of investment products;
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change, and overcome challenges;
  • Ability to be resilient in the face of difficult situations;
  • Strong desire for self-improvement and learning from experiences;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship management skills;
  • Proficiency in both written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage;
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers;
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Relationship Manager.
