Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of project management frameworks and tools to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in portfolio/project management and financial business planning.
  • Proven expertise in PMO functions, including portfolio management and demand prioritization to support strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and diplomatically when explaining project prioritization decisions.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead large meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
  • High energy, proactive, adaptable problem-solver, organized, flexible, and capable of navigating through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles.
