The Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) is now seeking part-time tutors to provide academic support services to elite athletes. The successful candidates will work on a flexible, on-demand basis to meet the learning needs of our athletes.

Job Description

The role involves providing private tutorial services to athletes in various subjects and public examinations. You will design and deliver tailored teaching materials and lessons to cater to the specific needs of each athlete. Additionally, you will assist athletes in developing study plans and monitor their progress, including preparation of assignments and exams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with relevant teaching experience.
  • For secondary education level: At least 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary education level with a major in secondary education curriculum (e.g., HKDSE, IGCSE, and IB).
  • For tertiary education level: A master's degree or above with at least 3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary education level.
  • For language tutoring: A bachelor's degree with a professional qualification in TESOL/TESL/TEFL/CELTA/PSC and at least 3 years of related teaching experience.
