Join Our Team:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Supervisor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our members;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally;
  • Process membership transactions and promote our members-only benefits and events;
  • Supervise and train ambassadors as needed;
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or above in any discipline;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment with a high volume of visitors;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
  • Ability to work at least 2 days per week, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the Authority;
  • Willingness to work at different spaces in the museum, including outdoor locations, with prolonged standing and physical lifting required.
