Senior FX Structuring Specialist

About the Role

Sirius Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior FX Structuring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our FX Structuring team, you will be responsible for developing and executing structured products that meet the needs of our bank customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement structured products that meet customer requirements and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out structured derivatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise and education to marketing staff and clients on FX options and structured products.
  • Manage processes, infrastructure, and resources to meet team targets and ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead junior team members to achieve targets and develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • University degree with 8+ years of experience in FX options and structured products.
  • Proven track record as an FX product owner/structurer with a strong understanding of FX options and structured products.
  • Experience in developing hedging and wealth management products, with a strong understanding of treasury operations and banking issues.
  • Excellent leadership, influence, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and customer service mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
