Job Title: Business Solutions Manager

Prudential plc is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business process excellence and delivering innovative solutions to support our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in agile automation, process reengineering, and change management to support the implementation of business solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and end-user expectations, and facilitate opportunity evaluation and ranking.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by providing small-scale automation subject matter expertise to a team of centre of scale based professionals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agile automation with tools such as Alteryx, Python/R, Tableau, or QlikSense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of controls related to operating systems, database platforms, technology processes, and business applications.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with stakeholders in specialist and technical roles, including data and analytics specialists, as well as senior executives.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or other regional languages proficiently.
