Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small team to deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports, annual budgets, and long-term financial projections for the Group.
  • Handle critical financial matters related to our Group companies and review their accounts.
  • Develop and implement Group finance policies and procedures to promote standardization across the organization.
  • Support interim and annual audits, as well as results announcements, for the Group.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Member of the HKICPA or equivalent professional body.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience post-qualification in listed organizations, preferably at a group level, with experience in Big Four CPA firms being advantageous.
  • Prior experience based in China is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with China's accounting regulations is essential.
