We are looking for an Operations Leader based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and surrounding areas, collaborating with Room Attendants to address guest requests, providing training on chemical usage, and managing guest supply inventory.

To succeed as an Operations Leader, you should have at least three years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in an international hotel with similar capacity. You must be motivated, quality-driven, customer-focused, and business results-oriented. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are also essential. Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese is required, with fluency in Putonghua being advantageous.
