We are looking for a Floor Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong As a Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:
  • Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel.
  • Communicate with Room Attendants for all concerned items as requested by the guests.
  • Provide chemical training for Room Attendants.
  • Provide for guest supply control.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international Hotel with similar capacity.
  • Motivated, quality driven, customer and business results oriented.
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage.
