Star Anise Limited is seeking a highly skilled ECM Associate to join our team. As an ECM Associate, you will play a crucial role in leveraging your expertise in ECM, takeovers, and compliance to drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, updating, and managing standard documents and internal memoranda. You will also identify and compile work product precedents, contribute to Firm publications, presentations, and training, and initiate and manage legal knowledge projects and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Managing Documents: Create and maintain high-quality documents and internal memoranda to support business operations.
- Knowledge Management: Identify and compile work product precedents, and contribute to Firm publications, presentations, and training.
- Project Management: Initiate and manage legal knowledge projects and systems, and coordinate with IT and Knowledge Management staff on content management.
- Training and Development: Train and assist lawyers and Paralegals in using knowledge tools, and share recent legal developments and market trends.
- Matter Management: Implement Matter Management methodologies, including training and creating matter plans.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in ECM, takeovers, and compliance.
- Qualifications: Above-average academic background and HK qualification required.
