Building Services Project Manager with E&M Expertise

Classy Wheeler Limited is a renowned leader in the field of building services. We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management, ensuring completion within budget, time frame, and quality standards. They will also supervise contractor performance and manage project processes, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.

We require a candidate with a thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements, excellent management skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in office fitting out, builder's work projects, or E&M facilities installation projects is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or above in Building / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project management to ensure completion within budget, time frame, and quality standards.
  • Supervise contractor performance and manage project processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing).
  • Prepare tender documents for various projects, including capital works, office renovation, and fitting out works, and E&M improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Building / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in project management.
  • Thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in office fitting out, builder's work projects, or E&M facilities installation projects is an advantage.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
