We are seeking a Digital Innovation Manager to lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions in construction technology at Gammon. This role requires expertise in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance construction processes and improve productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new technologies and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop proposals for implementation.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage risks and mitigate potential issues associated with digital transformation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have the necessary skills to effectively use new technologies.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in digital project delivery, with a minimum of 10 years of solid people and project management experience.
  • Strong background in construction technology project management, including experience with digital twins, BIM, CDE, IoT, AI/ML, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital innovations and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
