We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Analyst Intern to join our team at China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, supporting our full-time colleagues with administrative tasks such as data entry, data generation, and analysis.

You will also be responsible for conducting research and preparing reports, liaising with other departments, drafting and reviewing proposals, and preparing documents in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.

In addition, you will perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by our team leaders.

Please note that this role includes, but is not limited to, HR/Sales Support/Admin/Network/IT/Marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting full-time colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Conducting research and preparing reports
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Drafting and reviewing proposals
  • Preparing documents in multiple languages
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good command of written Chinese and English
  • A degree in any discipline (Bachelor's level or above)
  • Ability to work at least 2 full days per week (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term internship
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and written Chinese
