The successful candidate will play a key role in managing leasing activities and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our residents.

Job Description:

  • Manage leasing activities for student and worker accommodations, including property viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential residents and provide detailed information about available accommodations.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure units are ready for occupancy and meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident information, and lease documentation.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and achieve leasing targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote available accommodations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve leasing strategies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and property management software).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is an asset but not required.
