About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Program Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our affiliate program. This role requires a strategic focus on maximizing the program's reach and effectiveness across diverse platforms and audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Recruitment and Training
  • Identify and engage potential affiliates, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influential channels, and platforms that align with our brand and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that educate affiliates about the cryptocurrency market, particularly spot and futures trading on our platform.
  • Equip affiliates with the necessary tools and knowledge to promote our affiliate program effectively, focusing on ROI and market-specific strategies.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to create targeted campaigns that utilize the unique strengths of different types of affiliates, focusing on both spot and futures trading.
  • Design and manage incentive and reward programs that motivate affiliates to achieve their targets and effectively promote us.
  • Affiliate Management and Support
  • Act as the main point of contact for all affiliate-related inquiries, ensuring continuous engagement and high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor affiliate activities, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support to enhance their promotional efforts and ensure alignment with our goals.
  • Address operational challenges and improve program delivery by facilitating effective communication between affiliates and internal teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Utilize key performance indicators to track and analyze the success of affiliate promotions, focusing on metrics that reflect both spot and futures markets.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on affiliate performance, program growth, and ROI to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Benchmarking
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies in both the spot and futures markets to continuously refine our affiliate program.
  • Implement innovative practices and strategies to maintain competitiveness and appeal in the affiliate landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development, with a demonstrated focus on the cryptocurrency sector, especially spot and futures trading.
  • A proven track record in managing and scaling diverse affiliate programs.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and guiding a varied team of affiliates.
  • Strong communication skills, essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically to adapt affiliate strategies to changing market conditions and opportunities.
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Familiar with CRM and affiliate management software, as well as digital marketing tools that enhance affiliate engagement and promotion.
