Job Summary:

This is a position in the Group Finance Team at HKT to mainly support financial and management reporting for the different business units in the group. The successful candidate will lead a small team working independently and responsibilities include:

  • Business Support: Provide business support to the Business Units in business performance monitoring, including preparation of monthly management accounts and KPI reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform analysis on financial and operational trends in the business to provide insight for supporting Management's decision-making.
  • Closing and Compliance: Supervise and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing to ensure timely reporting and compliance of statutory reporting.
  • Compliance and Audit: Assist in audit, statutory and tax compliance when required.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc projects, conduct financial modeling / analysis to form a view on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business unit performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a small team to achieve financial reporting goals.
