About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital Platform Team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing system products for SME lending, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design system products for SME lending, encompassing generic and specific modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and interpret business requirements, translating them into detailed system design specifications.
  • Develop system design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and product requirement documents.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
  • Conduct system testing to verify solutions align with design specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in system design and implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical requirements effectively.
  • Proficiency in system design tools and project management tools like Axure, Lucidchart, Xmind, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English to facilitate efficient collaboration.
