Unsecured Lending and Payment
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective risk management and control processes within Unsecured Lending & Payment to minimize risk exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead control monitoring activities, performing risk and control reviews, and implementing control measures to ensure adherence to Group policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely recording and reporting of operational risk issues and their corresponding management action plans.
- Perform gap analysis and propose control enhancements in response to internal review findings, business initiatives, and policy updates.
- Promote operational risk awareness and provide expert advice to business teams on governance, risk assessment, internal control design, implementation, and oversight.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant Group guidelines and regulatory requirements, identifying their impacts and necessary controls on end-to-end business processes.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications, such as Associate Operational Risk Management Professional (AORP)/Certified Operational Risk Management Professional (CORP), are a plus.
- Proven experience in retail banking, operational risk management, regulatory compliance, internal audit, or related areas. Knowledge of unsecured lending, credit card, and payment is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
