Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at JPC Corporation, a leading French multinational forwarder and logistics service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial tasks including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts filing and documentation, and support daily accounting operations.
- Take up ad-hoc projects as assigned and occasional outdoor work.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Accounting or LCC & I Level 2.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel (including formulas and multiple spreadsheets), and English & Chinese Word Processing.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese.
- 5 days' workweek.
- 13 months' salary + performance bonus.
- Annual leave: 15 days.
- Medical insurance.
- Life insurance.
