Your Role:
- You will be responsible for performing required underwriting procedures for mortgage loans.
- This includes assessing and responding to exceptions of established credit criteria guidelines.
- You will also obtain and process information related to the loan origination process.
- Maintaining and updating credit and underwriting policies is also part of your responsibilities.
- Additionally, you will conduct periodic loan audits to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- You will monitor regional economic developments that could affect business and credit decisions.
- Compiling and accurately reporting financial data as necessary is another key responsibility.
- You will provide customer service support to the Managing Director.
About You:
- Degree holder with loan underwriting experience.
- Knowledge and experience of the Mortgage Insurance Program is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
