Job DescriptionThis Contract role will see you managing our server/storage infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high availability.
- You will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of server/storage software.
- Regular system checks and disaster recovery exercises will be conducted to ensure business continuity.
- You will provide support for application system operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- A strong understanding of Active Directory, ADFS, MS cluster, and SAN Storage is essential.
- Previous experience with multi-Cloud platforms is highly desirable.
- You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in server operation and system administration.
- Certifications like Azure Administrator Associate are an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL DB, HP Proliant servers, and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, MS cluster, SAN Storage, Commvault Backup, MS SCCM/SCOM, HP SIM /iLO.
- Experience with multi-Cloud platforms like Azure, Alibaba Cloud is advantageous.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
