Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure to lead our technical operations at KOS International Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, governance frameworks, and resource plans that align with our business objectives. This includes establishing IT governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and supporting organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, including system patching, disaster recovery, and technology upgrades. Collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders is essential for achieving timely and budget-friendly project execution. Effective oversight of risk assessments and security evaluations will protect our IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and ITIL.

You will lead incident resolution and manage supplier relationships to maintain quality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field, and at least 10+ years of experience in network services, infrastructure operations, information technology, project and business process management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in partnering with IT management and experience working in enterprise ITSM tools will be an advantage;
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and summarize status to senior executive level;
  • Creative and strategic thinking — and the agility necessary to master both daily hands-on analysis and big picture strategy;
  • Demonstrable experience successfully challenging vendors on solution designs resulting in improved products;
  • Expertise in vendor contract compliance and vendor governance;
  • Understanding of technology currently installed across the enterprise;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
