Physiotherapy Centre Assistant

Employment Benefits

  • Full-time monthly salary up to $18,000
  • Part-time hourly salary up to $80
  • An annual bonus and double pay
  • A minimum of 7-14 days' annual leave

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 09:15-13:30 & 15:15-19:15
  • Saturday: 09:15-14:15

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and handle inquiries from patients
  • Perform administrative tasks and clerical work
  • Assist physiotherapists and other medical professionals

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a physiotherapy clinic or customer service is an asset
  • Proficiency in general computer operation, including bilingual input methods, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in both languages
  • A courteous, proactive, organized and self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
