Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including server and network hardware and software maintenance, incident response, and capacity planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience;
  • Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts;
  • Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines;
  • Understanding of incident response and prioritization;
  • Good attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience in network cabling, including optical.
Bonus Requirements

We also prefer candidates with:

  • 1+ years of data center experience;
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies;
  • Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies;
  • Knowledge of continuous process improvement.
