(Assistant) Marketing Officer (Event Management)

A prominent organization seeks a high-caliber Marketing Officer with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences. The team focuses on engaging members through innovative marketing strategies and impactful events.

Event Focus: This role involves planning and organizing various member activities, including seminars, workshops, and games, designed to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the Marketing Officer will support other marketing communication duties to ensure a cohesive approach to member outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with strategic goals.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including e-communications, promotional leaflets, press releases, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with various business units to execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage event logistics and ensure successful execution of seminars, workshops, and games for members.
  • Analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and enhance member engagement.
  • Pursue additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or marketing communication, with a strong preference for CRM, copywriting, digital marketing, or public relations experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua.
  • Proactive, well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays to support events.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
