We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the technical aspects of arcade operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all technical works are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure all technical works related to arcade operations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Feasibility Study: Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to consolidate requirements for performing feasibility studies, investigations, and analysis of renovation, improvement, alteration, and addition projects in the design stage.
  • Tenant Coordination: Vet tenants' fitting out proposals and coordinate with tenants to complete their corresponding fitting out works to comply with the landlord's requirements.
  • Tender Management: Handle the preparation, submission, and management of tenders for technical projects.
  • Landlord and Stakeholders Coordination: Liaise with landlords and stakeholders to ensure provision works are completed as per agreements.
  • Project Management: Oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure technical works meet quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Compliance: Ensure all technical works comply with relevant regulations and standards.
