Project Manager - Cloud

Oracle Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) implementations. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple cloud projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage customer-specific engagements, including business requirements, development, review, and sign-off processes.
  • Manage the execution of deliverables, controlling scope, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, providing results and exceeding expectations.
  • Lead projects effectively, working with client management, business users, and IT organizations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks.
  • Communicate well with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, project managers, and team members.
  • Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle internal processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Over 15+ years of experience in project management, including 8 years of experience in managing complex projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional lead and/or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of ERP or HCM applications and technology.
  • Strong track record of project management of complex, multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project management tools, and client management and communications.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Oracle ERP/HCM on-premise or Cloud Applications.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Advanced Degree like Masters is desirable.
