  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with technical and product teams, deeply understand business objectives, and ensure effective implementation of design and user experience.
  • Staying Industry-Aware: Stay informed about industry trends, participate in ongoing product and feature optimization, conduct user research, manage user experience, and drive the implementation of experience-focused projects.
  • Design Solutions: Provide feasible interface design solutions based on business needs, striking a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
Requirements
  • Candidate Eligibility: We only accept candidates from Hong Kong, Singapore, or UAE.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field; overseas study experience is preferred. At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience, especially in user growth, with strong abilities in both efficiency-focused and visual design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, and other design tools; experience in mobile and web design across multiple industries and projects is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, understand business objectives, and collaborate efficiently with the team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in cross-border e-commerce, blockchain, or Web3 is preferred.
